Hi, I’m Caroline — The ADHD Yoga Mum

​I’m an adventure-loving yoga teacher and a mum of three girls and a somewhat wild ADHD brain of my own.

I teach in studios, in a HotPod, online and in my local village hall.
I’m passionate about sharing my yoga tools with other ADHD mums, because I know if they work for me, they can work for you too.
